      How do I cancel my Pause App subscription?

      Cancelling app subscription in the App Store

      Please follow the steps below to cancel your Pause App subscription through the App Store:

      1. Go to the App Store and click your profile on the upper right-hand corner
      2. Click "Subscriptions"
      3. Choose Pause Breathwork 
      4. Click "Cancel"

      You will still get full access to the Pause App until your subscription expires, and you will not be automatically charged

      If you are on a 14-day free trial, make sure to cancel your subscription before the trial ends to make sure you will not be charged.

      Pause does not have the ability to issue refunds. In the event that you get charged after the free trial, please contact Apple Support
